Standing Seam Metal Roofing

Standing seam is the premium end of metal roofing. The panels lock together with raised seams and are held down by hidden clips, so there are no exposed screws on the surface to back out or leak.

We install standing seam roofs on homes across Middle Tennessee, forming and fitting panels to the roof with precise seams, flashing and trim. In Nashville, it is a popular choice for modern designs, farmhouses and homes with complex rooflines that need clean lines.

FAQ

Common questions about standing seam metal

What makes standing seam different from other metal roofs?

Standing seam panels have raised seams and concealed clips, while exposed-fastener panels are screwed through the face.

Does standing seam need much maintenance?

Very little. A yearly look at seams, sealants and flashing is usually enough.

Can it be installed on a low-slope roof?

Many standing seam systems work at lower slopes than shingles. We confirm the minimum pitch for the product you choose.
