Soffit & Fascia

The fascia is the board that runs along the roof edge, and the soffit is the underside of the overhang. Together they hold the gutters, vent the attic and keep birds, squirrels and insects out of the roof structure.

We repair and replace soffit and fascia across Middle Tennessee in aluminum, vinyl and wood. For Nashville homes with water-damaged edges from clogged gutters, we replace rotted boards, restore ventilation and wrap the edges for a low-maintenance finish.
